With over 30 years of experience designing and leading workshops for creative professionals, David’s Creative Process Lectures and Workshops have inspired and changed the lives of ten of thousands of photographers, filmmakers and writers. David’s forthcoming book: On Being Creative, provides a foundation for the content of this one-day workshop. We will explore:

• 8 Keys That Can Unlock Your Creativity
• Designing Your Ideal Life
David will provide handouts and a reading list. In the afternoon David and the participants will review portfolios and personal work, with in-depth critiques and suggestions for possible next steps in each participant’s growth as a creative image-maker.
When you return home, you will have a better understanding of yourself and how to break down the walls and barriers that stand in your way.

Tuition for All Day Saturday is $125, includes lunch and the Friday evening lecture and reception.
This one-day workshop will explore the Artist’ s Creative Process, who we are as creative people: artists, inventors and entrepreneurs . . . and how we can use the process in our personal and professional lives. Following introductions, David will discuss the artist’s personalities, pathway and working methods. He will show you how to move through the blocks we all face and overcome fear. David will guide you through a series of tests, exercises and techniques to help you release your creative powers and expand your awareness to the opportunities that are all around us. David’s unique view of the Creative Process, will help you understand how ideas are turned into reality, and lives are enriched with accomplishment and the shared joy of achieving goals. Along the way, you will discover hidden barriers within your life that may be standing in your way, or talents and resources that can be used to increase your creative powers. By the end of the day, you will defined your mission and purpose in life, and prepared a road map for your future. You will inventory your strengths, design an ideal life, and find your own unique pathways to greater self-fulfillment.
Sunday afternoon, we will review and discuss participants’ projects, portfolios and photographs.
